A FORMER Playboy bunny has become the world's oldest underwear model at 83.
Dorrie Jacobson, a mum-of-one and great grandma, poses in sexie undies on her Instagram page Senior Style Bible, which has more than 26,500 followers, to prove growing old doesn't stop you from being sexy.
The former Playmate, who worked as a bunny in Chicago and New York in the 1960s and is now based in Los Angeles, recently shared photos of herself wearing her iconic costume.
She explained: “I wanted to do something to combat ageism. I didn’t see older women being represented.
“It also makes me feel self-confident.”
Dorrie described being a Playboy bunny as “very liberating and very glamorous”.
“It gave me a self-confidence I have carried with me for my entire life,” she added.
Dorrie started up her blog three years ago with the help of her daughter, after losing her third husband to Alzheimer’s aged 80.
She’s now dating again, after meeting her current partner online.
Dorrie said: “I wanted to start a new chapter in my life. Age is not a number, it’s an attitude.
“So my daughter helped me to start the blog.
“I wanted to do something to combat ageism. I didn’t see older women being represented. It also makes me feel self-confident.
“I wanted to grab people’s attention and show them that older women can still be hip, they can still be trendy. That they can still be sexy.”
The feedback she’s received for her body-positive photos has been overwhelmingly positive.
One Instagram user wrote: “[Y]ou are the embodiment of powerful women.”
Dorrie said she plans to keep modelling for the rest of her life, adding: “We do not have an expiration date. Get out there and enjoy life.

“My family and friends are extremely supportive. I have always reinvented myself over the years. It keeps me young.
"You can’t just stop with life when you retire. You have to stay active."
