An FBI agent in Albany reported Arnold was keeping his plane at the Bennington airport - and he was served with a temporary restraining order in the summer.

But Wilusz reported seeing Arnold flying over her home on September 28. She called the police, and the FBI said the FAA found the plane in Bennington.

'Officers were able to determine that Arnold was, in fact, flying his airplane from the William H. Morse State Airport and last seen flying west toward New York several days earlier,' a press release stated.

Video then showed Arnold flying out of the airport and heading toward her New York home, an affidavit stated.

Arnold denied that he was flying the plane - but refused to say who the pilot was.

According to WCAX, Arnold said: 'I might be able to, but I don't want to throw anybody under the bus. If they don't want to get involved, I can't get them involved.'

The man allegedly also stalked Wilusz from the ground. In May, he was caught driving by Cassie's house - and he was eventually arrested and charged with an additional count of stalking.
